Wet and miserable day today. As it is Seonaids Birthday today, I spent last night putting up a few balloons and banners for her to come home to (she stayed with a friend last night). The balloons stayed inflated thank goodness, but the big banner I got made especially for her 16th, was blown off the fence and was unreadable because of the rain :( She never even got to see it which was a bummer, and no, I didn't get any photos of it so that made it worse. Oh well, never mind, theres always her 18th, and I'll make sure the banner is waterproof next time ;
Went to Auntie Jackies who was making a Birthday dinner for us, it was delicious. Home made Steak Pie with Mashed Potatoes, roasties and veg. Everbody cleaned there plates. :)
Then we let off some fireworks, some of the rockets weren't too good but the big 500 shot repeater was brilliant, well worth the money. Then it was back inside for the cake.
A few party games and a shot at the wii followed then it was time to come home, the kids have school in the morning haha, and I'm knackered now so I'm off to bed. :)
